Proficient in designing and deploying unmanned ground and maritime platforms for littoral areas and shallow water zones. Skilled in Mobile Ad Hoc Networking (MANET) across terrestrial and maritime environments. Paul is often sought out for his subject matter expertise not only in EOD related matters, but also in matters pertaining to tactical communications and TAK.
